Fast WiFi, great Hifi. We’re not party animals and prefer socialising over evening meals as we both cook. Meijung 32F likes practicing her spoken English. This is soft socialising haha. I love a glass of white wine when there’s beam of sunshine catching it - but nobody else does! Great kitchen space. Top of the range appliances. Corner house benefits from lots of direct light. Residential tree lined street. Lots of sofa space for tv watching. We’re both out most days as Meijung is Barista learning and I run hospitality businesses. We’re looking for a third person preferably female Chinese speaking but not a prerequisite.
