Newly-refurbished Peckham flatshare

Hi there!

I'm looking for a female flatmate to join me in my cozy new Peckham flat ASAP.

Features of the flat are:

🛏️ Small double bedroom in a newly renovated two-bedroom flat. The room itself comes with a double bed and a wardrobe. We would be sharing a full, newly renovated bathroom between the two of us and a brand-new kitchen and lounge. There is a bit of DIY work to be done in the lounge, but not extended work.

💵 £1100 p/m for rent including service charge, but not including bills (usually about £165 max in the winter). I also try to be as transparent and communicative as possible about the admin side and prefer to live with others who do the same - I was the lead tenant with two lovely flatmates for 6 years before I got my own place so enjoy sharing.

🚂 5 minute walk from Queen's Road Peckham; 10 minute walk from Peckham Rye; and a 20 minute walk from New Cross Gate. Peckham bus station and an array of bus services are within 8-10 minutes walk.

🛒 In close walking distance, there's a Tesco Express & Sainsbury's Local, as well as a large Morrison's and a huge Sainsbury's.

🍜 Incredible food scene in Peckham - you will be a stone's throw away from Peckham Cellars, Blackbird Bakery, Eagle Eats and plenty more.

🪷 Wellness providers give access to new yoga studios, saunas, climbing walls, and a lifting gym if you fancy - again, within about 10 minutes' walk max.

About me:

I'm a consultant who works in London Bridge, usually 3-4 days a week in the office, and enjoy spending time with friends, cooking, exercise and a bit of DIY in my spare time. I'm ideally looking for someone at a similar age/stage of life but given it'll just be the two of us sharing, I'm flexible because I really want to find the right person! I like to live in a kind, calm household but want to be as friendly and sociable as possible.
