Double room in Peckham bills included

We have a room available in Peckham for £800 per month. All bills including a cleaner twice a month are included in the rent.

Move in date 10th of Jan.

We are equidistant from Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham Stations. They are about 10-15 min walk. We have bus stops going to Elephant and Castle/ Waterloo within a minute or two.

The house itself is a large 4 bedroom two story flat just behind the library in Peckham. There is a large communal living/dining space which opens up to a small garden which is great in the sun.

We are three professional females in early mid thirties , working in design, art and the music industry (working between home & office). We are social and spend time in the communal area cooking and watching tv during the week. At the weekend we go out with friends and generally have our own lives.

We are looking for a person who is respectful, clean and sociable.
