Gorgeous sunny double room between Camberwell/Peck

I am sadly leaving my room in this gorgeous and well-located 2 bed flat (off Southampton Way). The space is super sunny and homely, and the room is huge with a great size ensuite. It is unfurnished but the bed/double mattress and some storage units inside the built-in wardrobe will stay, plus the kitchen/living room furniture will also remain.

My current housemate, Hannah, is a working professional and great to live with. She is super kind and considerate, has 2 lovely cats and is looking for someone easy-going and respectful of the space.

I have lived in the flat for a year and have had the most wonderful time, so can answer any questions, and will look to hold viewings either before Christmas, or in early New Year.
