Room in Peckham w/ swimming pool, gym & more

Hello!

We have a double bedroom in a spacious four bedroom house, with access to a pool, tennis courts and a cute private back garden.

The room is available from mid January although our landlord(which we deal with directly) is very understanding and is being somewhat flexible with the move in date.

The room shares a big bathroom (with shower and bath) with one other person. Quiet room facing onto back garden with lots of light and privacy.

The house is in the Pioneer Centre – a really nice community vibe with great shared private facilities (pool, tennis court, bike shed etc).

3 minutes walk from Queen’s Road Peckham station and 10 minutes from Nunhead station.

You’ll be living with:
Charlotte, 30, who works in Fashion
Tippi, 32, who works for an NGO
Adam, 32, who works as a jewellery technician

We’re looking for a friendly, chilled person to join our house, who are looking to making a house a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Our current house all get on very well and socialise together as and when we’re about (cooking, eating meals together etc) but all have independent lives and are respectful of each other’s space.

The room is available whenever suits you best in January.

Council tax band F. Bills are approximately £120 a month including WiFi, energy, council tax and a cleaner.
