Room in shared house in Peckham

Hi, we (Rafi and Yijae) live in a cosy shared house less than 5 minutes walk from Peckham library, super close to the cycle path that takes you to Burgess Park.

Rafi is an analyst for the TV industry + a musician.
Yijae is a dog walker + babysitter and has previously worked in the art world.

We are looking for a third person to take our housemates room. Comes with a desk, bed, matress & 1 cubpoard if desired.

We are both often doing our own things but on quieter nights will often chill / watch stuff together + ocassionally we go out to things together.

Looking for someone nice, respectful and chill who's up for the occasional house meal etc. Someone creative is a bonus !
