Hey! I'm looking for someone to take over a bright, large double room with a private ensuite in a new-build house in Peckham.

The house is spacious and modern, set over two floors, with a large living room and a large open-plan kitchen/dining area, perfect for cooking and socialising. There’s also a communal garden, ideal for summer evenings.

It's just a 3 minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station and a 30 seconds walk to the local Sainsburys.

You’ll be living with two friendly housemates (1 male, 1 female). We’re social but respectful of each other’s space - we enjoy:

- Going out for dinner or a night at the pub

- Watching movies in the evenings

- Cooking and eating together

We’re looking for someone who’s easygoing, tidy, and up for a friendly household atmosphere!

Tenancy details:

- 6 months left on the contract starting from February

- Possibility to extend if everyone agrees, or if you’re able to find two new housemates at the end of the tenancy
