Double room in charming Victorian terrace

We are looking for a housemate from February 2nd.

Located right in the middle of Peckham and Camberwell. We have been living here for just over six years and have a great relationship with our landlady, who is quick to attend and help with any needs. We're a pretty calm and relaxed house, who all appreciate and value keeping a clean and tidy home. The rent includes all bills as well as a cleaner who attends every two weeks. We all have jobs in the arts and so have idiosyncratic hours working from and out of home. The room is a cosy ground floor double bedroom and previous housemates have always enjoyed making the space their own.
