Looking for someone to take over our tenancy for a two bedroom flat on Peckham High street! I’m looking to move in with my partner and my housemate is also moving on. We’re ideally looking for someone to take over from 26th March 2026 until 25th October 2026 when the contract ends. (There may be possibility to extend with our landlord after this).
We have amazing views of the Shard and London skyline from Both bedrooms and the living room/kitchen!
The flat is super central, located opposite the new Palais venue and above the Wetherspoons (which was a plus in my opinion but unfortunately is closing down). As we are top floor this has never caused any issues in terms of noise, etc.
it’s only a 10 minute walk from Peckham Rye station, about 15 mins from Queens Road station and access to so many bus routes more or less on our doorstep. Lidl and a Morrisons a 3 minute walk away!
Total rent is £1900 per month and the deposit was £2192.30 (we split these both between two). This was all done through Foxtons so they will need to do reference checks and right to rent checks before changing the names on the contract.
Bills: Council tax comes to around £120, water is £36 and energy is £90 in winter (closer to £50 in summer)
