V Large Double Sublet 1st Feb - 1st June Peckham

Hi! We’re looking for someone who is clean and sociable.
The place itself is quiet, safe, and tidy. So if you’re tidy but also enjoy a pint and the occasional boogie, this is definitely for you!

The room is a large double with two windows (lots of light). There are 3 bathrooms in the flat and hence you'll only be sharing the large bathroom, toliet and bathtub with one other person (as the rest have their dedicated bathrrooms)

Some of the furniture has been upgraded since photos were taken :)

Looking to sublet the room from 1st Feb to 1st June. Flat mates are clean and tidy and hence will be expecting to live with someone equally tidy :). Flat mates are 3 males aged 30, 29 and 33 professionals.

The room is sublet and hence I will be leave all furniture as well as a few other items in the room such as a piano, desk, desk chair and some bit and bobs that cannot fit in storage.
