Lovely third floor double room near Burgess Park

I am sadly moving for a new job, so I am looking for someone to complete our 4-person house share. We are a 15-20 minute walk from both Peckham and Camberwell, and situated right next to Burgess Park. We are also a 5-minute walk from the bus station serving the 343 and 136 buses towards the centre.

The room:

My room is cosy, light, and sits on the third floor of the house. You get lovely sunsets, and it looks towards the city skyline. My bed and mattress are brand new, and the bed has four massive storage drawers underneath. There is also your own storage cupboard just outside the bedroom.

Open-plan kitchen and living room area, two shared bathrooms, nice-sized garden, dishwasher, and TV with Sky, Netflix, Disney, etc.

Ideal flatmate:

My flatmates are all young professionals and are therefore looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going. They enjoy going to the pub, the theatre, cinema, eating out, and going to the community saunas (new hobby)! We are sociable while respecting each other's space, so if you fit that vibe, let me know :) Would love someone who wants to hang out and get to know their flatmates.

Ideally, move in mid-Feb with the latest being 1st week of March, but I can do earlier if needed.

Council Tax Band E - Currently £50.25 each
Electricity - £28.75 each
Wifi - £9.75 each
