Double room in Peckham w friendly girls :)

Hi there! We’re Bel, Anna and Naoise. We are three friendly girls aged 25 and 26 from Ireland and the North of England :) We are looking for a fourth housemate to move into a room in our home.

The room comes unfurnished with no bed, but the wardrobe and chest of drawers can stay. The rent is £650pcm and bills come to around £120/150 a month.

Our house is located 10 minutes walk from Peckham high street. We have buses on our doorstep and we are a 15 minute walk from Peckham rye Station and a 10 minute bus journey from Elephant and Castle tube station

As a flat we like to hang out together sometimes and we also respect each other’s alone time. We like to go to the pub quiz (we won once!!) and Peckham car boot, also love having chats in our cosy kitchen or wine on the balcony :) We are looking for somebody friendly and warm who will fit the vibe of our flat. We are looking for a girl or FLINTA who is a similar age. We are ideally looking for someone who does not work remotely ( one day a week is fine ) as we have limited space in the sitting room/ kitchen area and two of the girls sometimes work from home. No pets unfortunately.

We are in the process of negotiating the terms of our new lease with our landlord but Bel has been here for three years and we have yet to have had any issues. We will update this space once we have the full information but we are looking for someone who is happy to put their name on a lease. It will either be a 12 month lease or a rolling tenancy, and we will confirm this in the coming days
