The house is on a quiet street, only a short walk from both Queens Road Peckham Overground station and OKR. It is also a short walk to Peckham Rye, Peckham Plex, Bellenden Road, Toast bakery, Bussey Building, also Mountview, Goldsmiths and Camberwell Arts. The room is in a Victorian house with a garden. The bathroom and living room are shared. I am the only other flatmate - a professional woman, occassionally working from home in a separate, dedicated office space. Bills included, as well as fortnightly cleaner.
