Room in Peckham with two housemates, available now

The double bedroom is cosy and bright and comes with a wardrobe and lots of shelving so you would just need to arrange a bed and mattress. It’s a blank canvas with high ceilings, wood flooring and neutral walls for someone to make their own. Have also included a couple of photos from our previous housemate to show what you could do with the space!

The house itself is fully furnished and across two floors with one bathroom, two separate toilets, a lounge, kitchen, study and outside space. It’s modern but with lots of character, on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. Located in SE15, we are just a 10-15 minute walk to both Rye / Queen's Road stations which are well connected to London Bridge, Clapham Junction and other stops on the Windrush line.

You'd be living with two sociable and clean 28 y/o girls (Hannah - Makeup Artist & Olive - Executive Assistant, both pictured in my profile photo!) who enjoy coffee and pilates, a drink at the pub or just a comfy night in so would love to find someone with a similar friendly/chilled/clean vibe who is also respectful of the space and others. We are also planning to get a cat soon so would be a bonus if you are a cat lover...

Rent is £800 per month + bills (approx. £135 per month for council tax/water/energy/wifi/tv license) plus £800 deposit. Contract currently runs to July 2027 (you would be part of a name change on the current agreement). Would ideally like someone asap/within the next month.
