Hello! We've got a large double bedroom available in our 5 bedroom house in Peckham! The room is available for 2 months, till March 31st, as the house is going on the market :(

The house includes a shared living room, large back garden and you would be sharing a kitchen and bathroom downstairs (pictured) with one other housemate.

There's 4 of us already living here, all between 27 & 34 in creative and/or professional work. I'd describe us all as kind and friendly !

Rent is £760 a month. Council tax and water included.
Monthly bills (electricity/internet) are around £50 a month.
