Spacious double room in 2 bed flat in Peckham

I’m looking to move out of my lovely flat at the end of March 2026.
I’ve been here for a year and a half and am leaving to move in with my partner at the end of March. I’m ideally looking for someone to take over from 26th March 2026 until 25th October 2026 when the contract ends. (There may be possibility to extend with our landlord after this).

We have amazing views of the Shard and London skyline from the bedrooms and the living room/kitchen!

The flat is super central, located opposite the new Palais venue and above the Wetherspoons (which was a plus in my opinion but unfortunately is closing down). As we are top floor this has never caused any issues in terms of noise, etc.

it’s only a 10 minute walk from Peckham Rye station, about 15 mins from Queens Road station and access to so many bus routes more or less on our doorstep. We also have a Lidl and a Morrisons a 2 minute walk away.

The room comes with a bed frame and mattress.

Rent for the room is £950 per month, bills usually come to £150 and the deposit was £1096.15. This was all done through Foxtons so they will need to do reference checks and right to rent checks before changing the name on the contract.
