Large double ensuite room in Peckham

Looking for a friendly housemate to fill our large double ensuite room in Peckham from early March!

Room is open to single men, women or couples.

The room has a double bed, a desk, a couch seating area (tv and coffee table not included), and lots of storage. The room is very large so it is like having a studio flat and sharing a kitchen. The room also has its own large balcony that can fit a BBQ, table and chairs and lots of plants (these are not included; moss will be removed from balcony just grows in winter when not in use). Balcony/ room window has great views of London skyline including the shard. There is no living room but a large kitchen/ dining room with a small outdoor patio too (good for bike storage).

You’d be sharing with 3 other housemates aged between 28-30 in a 4 bed house. Everyone enjoys time to themselves but also occasionally goes out for a drink or a weekend walk/ coffee.

Rent is 1000 pm for individuals or 1200 pm for couples, not including bills which come to about 100 pm at the moment and are sent directly to our land lady.

Located just above Peckham high street so very easy access to shops/ cafes/ pubs and to Burgess Park/ Surrey Canal Walk for some greenery. Additionally, East Dulwich is a 25-30 minute walk away!

The nearest station is Peckham Rye (just under 10 minute walk) which runs overground, Thames link, and southeastern trains. Lots of bus stops are also under 5 minutes away and Queens Road Peckham is about a 15 minute walk, or it’s a quick bus to elephant and castle, Vauxhall or Oval for the tube.

About the roommates:

Fred is a 28 year old working in marketing who enjoys climbing, hiking and various other sports as well as a trip to the pub with friends.

Kris is a 29 year old working in architecture who enjoys going to watch live music, reading a good book, or going to the pub with friends.

Stuart is a 29 Year old who works as a cafe manager and plays in multiple bands on the side who enjoys music, books, church and a day adventuring around London with friends.
