Bright double-room in Peckham

Spacious and bright double-room available in our 3-bed professional flat-share.
The flat is unfurnished however the leaving flatmate may be willing to sell some of her furniture. The kitchen/living room is shared, and the main bathroom would be shared with Nicole, but there is also a separate toilet downstairs (so 3 in total!). There’s also 3 cupboards so plenty of storage space, and we have a backyard that is shared with the neighbours. The apartment is owned by a company who own the whole block and run a yearly contract, they will carry out a reference check but this shouldn’t be anything out of the ordinary.
Key Info:
Move in date – Ideally 29th April, but we can be flexible for the right person.
Bills (including Council Tax Band D) - ~£100/month
Deposit – 1 month's rent
Transport links – 5 min walk to Queens Road Peckham Station, 15 min walk to Peckham Rye Station and 7 buses stop just outside the block. There’s also supermarkets and gyms nearby.
About the current flatmates:
Robin (M, 32) is a construction design manager and Nicole (F, 31) works as an operations and digital manager for a charity, and we both work at home about half the week. We both have our own lives and friends but do hang out often, chatting in the kitchen and going to art / cultural events together. Robin is a keen gig/concert goer and Nicole is a visual artist with interests in experimental music.
