Double bedroom in all-female household in Peckham

A spacious double room is available in our lovely three-bedroom flat, just a four-minute walk from Peckham Rye Station. You’d be sharing with two friendly professionals: Holly (32), an Art Director, and Chloë (29), a PR Manager working in the wine industry.

We’re a tidy, sociable and close-knit household, and as our friend moves out to live with her boyfriend, we’re looking for another woman to join the flat. We’re an inclusive, open-minded home and welcome anyone who shares similar values and is looking for a respectful, friendly place to live. The flat has a relaxed, homely feel - we enjoy spending time together while also respecting each other’s space.

Please note, the rent is currently quoted at the existing rate, but it will increase slightly in the coming months following planned kitchen renovations. The room comes furnished, with a bed, chest of drawers, TV stand and clothes rail.

Bills are circa £130 a month, including a bi-weekly cleaner.
