The Flat & Current Housemate

You will be sharing the property with Laura, a friendly professional who works in healthcare and contributes £707 for her large double. We are looking for friendly individuals to join the household and enjoy living here as much as we have!

- Availability: March 28th, 2026.

- Rent Payment: Rent is due on the 28th day of each month.

- Contract Term: This is a replacement for a fixed-term Assured Shorthold Tenancy running until December 31st, 2026. With the landlords happy to renew after that.

- Landlord: The landlords are helpful and friendly and live just below us.

- Deposit: 1 month's rent for each room
