We have an unfurnished double room with en suite bathroom available near queens Road Peckham from 14th march. Will be living with 3 girls (all turning 30 this year) who are looking for a sociable, friendly 4th housemate! The house itself is a lovely spacious family home, so ideal for shared living.

- 10 min walk to Nunhead station
- Communal areas fully furnished, bedroom is unfurnished
- Cute garden that gets the sun
- Lovely local pub 2 mins away!

We’re all in the office 2-3 days a week. We like cooking together, movie nights & trips to the pub, so looking for someone that would be keen to join in!
