Room in Packham available from middle April

This room is a 1.5 month subletting starts 15 April until the end of May. I am going travelling!
Rent £800 per month, Deposit £370. Bill are all included.

🏡About the House

This is a 2floored, 3bed house lacated just off phackam rye station. The house is very charming and has its own character. Large shared living room, fully equipped kitchen space, little garden with fish. 🪸
You will be living with the land lord Ben (cafe/restaurant owner)and Kiki ( the sweetest, works in film industry).
The vibe is relaxed and respectful. Everyone is independent and friendly. So looking for someone who would appreciate this. *This is not a party house*

Your room is on the ground floor, tall ceiling very spacious comes with wooden furniture, desk/drawer, cabinets, closet and a single bed.
There’s a door directly towards the garden.
You will be sharing the bathroom with Kiki as Ben has ensuite.

3min to Packham Rye station overground/tames-links
Multi Bus stop few min walk towards Elephant castle/Shoreditch/centrals
Shops boots/H&B/supermarket/art markets/gallery/ charity shops/ restaurants
Library few min walk
Next to Packham car boot if you are into thrifting vintage clothing/furniture👘

Ben’s cafe is few min walk and they offer coffee /matcha/ drinks/the most delicious sandwich .

*The room is on the ground floor so if you are a very noise sensitive person I wouldn’t recommend.*
