Due to work I’m moving out of current flat at end of May
‼️ Our landlord is trying to sell the house by the last quarter of this year, but!!! it comes with 3months notice and rent reduction around 50-100 per room . ( what a guy)
Current room will be 850-800 now depends on his decision, I’m chasing up the specific number and message if you are still interested.
🏠 double room with huge window,. The room is fully furnished, comes with bed(with under bed storage) , mattresses and a big wardrobe. Everything has only been used for 1year.
🧾bills around 100-110 per month with 1k deposit
🧑🏻💻 you will be sharing the flat with one the other person -Harry is working as graphic designer with 4 days in the office and 1day at home. He is one of my good my friend and very nice , easy and tidy.
📍the flat is 5 seconds walk to the Peckham rye park. Say no more
🚋 15mins walk to Nunhead station and Peckham rye station
📆 move in date will be 28th May( flexible if you wanna hit earlier )
