Double room available in 2 bedroom flat in Peckham

The room has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed, newly carpeted. There's a brand new bathroom and living/dining room as well as a small balcony. There's a separate kitchen (note, this is being renovated in July so we will be without a kitchen for a few weeks and probably the flat will be a state for a bit but I will reduce the rent that month, and then we will have a brand new kitchen yay). It's about a 10 min walk to Peckham rye train station and all the delights of peckham, but there are also multiple buses that go to all parts of central London. There is sadly no dedicated bike storage but there are rentable bike hangers around. It's a really quiet area so you can have the window open in summer and still sleep soundly 😴

I also have a cat so you must be a cat lover and hopefully willing to look after her on occasions when I go away.

I own the flat so I'm looking for someone who is respectful clean etc but also that I can get on with and hopefully we can be friends. It will be your space as much as mine so it's important to me we get on 🙂

I'm a big cyclist, runner, yogi, climber but also love a pub sesh, board game, life drawing class, or ceilidh. I'm usually in bed by 10 apart from occasionally when I'm out till 5am 🙊 Mostly I'm just a very unserious person who loves to laugh. And I'm incredibly left wing!
