Bright double room with private bathroom + balcony

I’m moving out of my room in a really lovely 2 bed flat just south of Burgess Park, tucked between Camberwell and Peckham. I’d genuinely stay if I wasn’t moving in with my boyfriend.

The flat is honestly such a good find. It’s really light and airy, with big windows and a west-facing balcony that gets the best afternoon and evening sun. It feels calm and spacious, and is a genuinely nice place to come home to.

The room is a good-sized double and you’ll have your own separate bathroom, so it feels pretty private.

The flat has wooden floors throughout the main space, a dishwasher, washing machine, and is mostly furnished (a few of my bits like the desk and coffee table will be going).

You’d be living with one other girl in her mid 20s who works in the office during the week. She’s very easy to live with, respectful of space, and the kind of flatmate where you can either do your own thing or have a chat and a glass of wine.

It’s definitely a relaxed, tidy home rather than a party flat.

Location-wise, you’re right by Burgess Park and have easy access to both Camberwell and Peckham for cafés, restaurants and transport.

Rent is £875 and bills usually come to around £150. The room is available from 24 June.
