Sunny Double Room in Peckham 2-Bed Flat w/ Balcony

I’m looking for someone to take over a bright and spacious double room in my lovely 2-bed flat in Peckham from mid-May / early June (flexible, I’m not in a rush to fill the room, so happy to wait for the right fit 😊).

The room overlooks the backyard so it’s very peaceful, and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, open wardrobe/clothes rail and five drawers with plenty of space to add a large desk if you work from home occasionally. The bedroom and bathroom have also just been repainted, and the flat comes with a dishwasher, extra storage space, and a cleaner once a month included in the bills.

There’s also a lovely sunny balcony that’s perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine after work ✨

The flat is really well connected: around 7 minutes to both Queen’s Road Peckham and Nunhead stations (10 mins to London Bridge and 16 mins to Victoria), with Peckham Rye nearby.

A bit about me: I’m Aurélia (French/Greek) and have lived in London for almost 10 years. I’m social and outgoing but also really value having a calm, cosy home. I love anything artsy (cinema, exhibitions, theatre), good food, cafés/wine bars, music, and equally enjoy quiet nights in with films, crime shows or books.

I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful, clean and tidy who’s after more than just a room: someone who’d enjoy creating a relaxed, welcoming home together while still respecting each other’s space. As I work fully remotely, the setup works best with someone who is mostly office-based, with WFH being more of an occasional thing.

Rent is £880 pcm + £180 bills per person (all bills included, including internet and a monthly cleaner).
