Beautiful En-Suite Double Room Queens Road Peckham

Sadly, I’ll be leaving this beautiful flat in Queens Road Peckham and am looking for someone to take over my room until the end of the tenancy on 31st October. Please note this is a short let, although there may be a possibility to extend (TBC).

The flat is located in a gated building, so it’s very safe and quiet. It’s literally a 1-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station and right next to Tesco, which is super convenient. You’re also about a 15-minute walk from Peckham Rye and New Cross Gate, with loads of great bars, cafés, and things to do nearby.

The room is a bright double with a large window and comes with its own en-suite bathroom (one of the biggest perks, as there are two bathrooms in the flat). The flat itself is fully furnished and really spacious, with a large open-plan living room, kitchen, and a desk. You’ll only be sharing with one other flatmate.

The current flatmate is in her 30s and works in a creative field. She’s respectful and values a calm, comfortable home environment.
This is not a party house, so we’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces and boundaries. Ideally, we’re looking for a full-time professional (preferably female and in their 30s) with a similar mindset who enjoys a peaceful home. It’s not suitable for parties or frequent guests, as it’s a quiet neighbourhood.

Please be prepared for agency referencing — you’ll need a steady income and the legal right to work in the UK. I will only be responding to people who meet these criteria.

Rent is £975 per month, with bills not included (max £150 per month). No deposit required.

Ideally looking for someone to move in from 1st June, but I can be a bit flexible with the move-in date for the right person.
