Hi!

I’m Khadija, and I’m currently working full-time in the office. I live with my partner, who’s often away, so the home is usually quiet and relaxed. We’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and easygoing flatmate to join our space.

A bit about the home:
It’s a lovely, well-kept two-bedroom apartment in Zone 2, with great transport links and everything you need right on your doorstep. The flat has a bright and spacious living area, a large 75-inch TV, and a beautiful balcony with a great view. We take pride in keeping the place clean, calm, and comfortable.

The room is fully furnished, although the current video/photos may show it unfurnished just to give you a clear view of the space. Updated photos will be added soon. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, table, mirror, TV, and drawers—so it’s ready to move into.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom, which is very spacious, giving you a great level of comfort and privacy.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient:
• Just 8 minutes to London Bridge by train and Around 19 minutes by direct bus (bus stop right outside the building)
• About a 10-minute walk to Queens Road Peckham Station
• Aldi is literally downstairs, with Lidl and Iceland just a 2-5 minutes walk away

The area is really well connected, making it easy to get pretty much anywhere in London within 10–20 minutes.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and comfortable sharing a peaceful home. It’s not a party flat, but a relaxed and welcoming space to come back to.
