Lovely spacious double room in SE15 in 3 bed flat!

Hi! We are looking for someone to move into our home on the 12th of July. The room is a spacious double with private* bathroom, a window overlooking a small park, and wooden floors. Couples are welcome (1,150 or 575 each in that case) and graduate students as well.

The house

A lovely 19th-century house with converted flats between Peckham, New Cross and Nunhead, on a quiet residential road within walking distance from the bustle of Rye Lane, Nunhead Green, and Telegraph Hill. The flat is on the top floor, we have a big living room with windows overlooking a leafy, small green area, a fair-sized kitchen, parking space and two bathrooms (one of which would be yours). The flat also has a dedicated laundry area with a heated clothes rack.

About us:

You’d be moving in with us – Leo, a 32 yo German PHD student specialising in AI and interested in culture and music, and Hayden, a 29 yo British PHD student, DJ and musician. We are fairly sociable, respecting each other’s space while also enjoying one another’s company. Friends come around for tea from time to time, and there is also the occasional birthday party, but the house is overall chill. We like to respect eachothers space while maintaining an interest in each others lives through regular check-ins around the table : )

We are looking for someone of a similar age and profile – chilled disposition, organised, fairly sociable.
