Hello!

I’m moving in with my boyfriend and my large double room in our lovely house is available from the 13th of July.
There is plenty of space and there are two separate windows so there is lots of light.

We are looking for a female professional to take the room (room 2 in floor plan)
Room is £900 per month
Bills around £130 per month
Council tax band B

There is a large living room, kitchen, shared bathroom (between 3 girls). Lots of space. The house is comfy, friendly and a nice place to live. We all get on and catch up, spend time together but also do our own thing :)
The landlord and agent are very responsive and helpful. Works are always done quickly and we feel well looked after by them! The street is safe and there is even a neighbours group chat!

We can arrange viewings: Thursday 28th May (evening), Sunday 31st May (afternoon), and Thursday 4th June (evening).
