We're looking for a new housemate to join our friendly flat at Idaline Court, Queen's Road Peckham. The room will be available on the 1st of August 2026.

The room is bright and spacious, with:

Bills are split evenly between housemates and are approximately:

Council Tax: £50 per month
Wi-Fi: £14 per month
Electricity: Around £40 per month
Water: Around £15 per month

We're a household of working professionals aged, both aged 27, and are looking for someone friendly, considerate, and easy-going who will be a good fit for the flat.

The flat is located just a short 3-5 minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station, with excellent transport links into Central London (SE Service to London Bridge), or the Windrush Overground Line (easy access to East, South West, as well as the Jubilee line via Canada Water) and a bus stop just a couple steps from the door.
