Bedroom in Peckham

We are looking for a flatmate to join our house anytime from July 17th. We are a group of professionals in our late 20s/early 30s and are looking for someone clean, sociable and LGBT friendly.

You would have access to 1x Double Bedroom, a 3x person shared shower room, and a communal toilet, kitchen, living space and garden.

We have a social household and often chill and chat in living spaces together, and would ideally like someone who prefers that style of living environment.

Rent is £690, and bills are around £50-80 each month.

The property is a 15-minute walk into Peckham and around 20 minutes to Waterloo, Elephant & Castle and London Bridge by bus.
