CHEAP Peckham room, 6month sub let, sociable house

Spare room in lovely, friendly house in Peckham with big garden and close to Rye Lane (GREAT location).

The room is on 2nd floor, cosy but loads of natural light! I am subletting for the rest of the year - I’ve taken good care of my room so would appreciate someone who respects the room in the same way <3

Room (furnished) comes with:
• Bed frame (not mattress)
• Desk
• Chest of drawers
• Clothes rail
• Big loft / cupboard storage
^ I can remove any furniture if not required.

Bills vary in summer / winter from around £50-100 pcm.

Although this is just a short-term let, we are super keen to get the right housemate on board. We think it's very important to live with people we click with, to continue with the really homely vibe we currently have going on. & would love to find someone who can become a good friend, not just distant housemate.

Social vibe in the house - we have known each other for years. The living room is generally a communal vibe. We like house pub trips, good club nights / festivals, watching films together, very partial to board games / magic cards!

Sometimes have friends back in evenings at weekends - so perfect tenant would be keen to socialise with housemates and not fussy about noise.

We’re clean and tidy up after ourselves - so respecting the shared spaces is v important.

2 housemates work from home in their rooms, 1 is in the office most of the week, but occasionally works from his desk in the living room.

• Less than 10 min walk to Queens Rd station
• 5 mins from Rye Lane
• Various bus stops all within minutes walk
• Next to a Lime bike station
