1 month sublet - Double bedroom Queens Rd Peckham

Hi all,
I'm going to the French Alps for a month in September and looking for a subletter. The room is rather big, has a king-size bed, overlooks the gardens, and gets lots of natural light. (+ has a pull up bar)

You'd be sharing the flat with my two lovely housemates - Will, who works for an environmental think tank, and Dre, who works at the Barbican. Both are very easy going, warm and chill + they speak multiple languages (French, Spanish, German) in case you're looking to practice.

They work from the office t3 days a week, and we'd ideally be looking for someone with a similar pattern.
Friends come over for drinks and dinners from time to time (no big party vibe), but my flatmates are more often out and about, going to gigs, exercising, having drinks, etc.

I'm looking for someone easy-going, clean, and used to sharing space with others (bonus point if you can keep my plants alive!).

The flat is a three-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham, on a quiet, leafy street, and is a lovely space. There are also plenty of gyms nearby, restaurants, bars, and parks.

The flat also has a dishwasher, washing machine & a dryer.

All bills are included in the price, plus you can possibly use my beloved (and very fast) road bike if you're interested.
