Large Ground Floor Room in Beautiful House

Hey everyone!

We're looking for 1 more person (ideally a guy to keep the balance of the house a bit more even, but we're not too fussed if you're the right fit!) to join us in a 6-bed house in Peckham. Literally 30 second walk from the station!!

There are currently 3 girls and 2 guys, all in our early to mid-20s. We all work professional jobs and are a sociable bunch.

We enjoy going out at the weekends, grabbing food or drinks together, but we're equally happy having a chilled evening in 😊.

We're ready to put down the deposit, so ideally we're looking for someone who can commit asap.

Move-in: End of August / start of September (the landlord is quite flexible)

Age: Ideally 21–27

Room: Front-facing ground floor bedroom. It's huge, and the landlord has said he'll provide a king-size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Rent: £1,250pcm (excluding bills)

We've attached the floor plan and can also send over a video tour of the house.
