looking for a new tenant to join my tenancy as my flatmate is looking to move out ASAP (aware the flat isn’t currently presented at its best - hoping to get this sorted before the new tenant moves in)

- en suite double bedroom available
(currently occupied by my other flatmate)
- 15-20 min walk from peckham rye station
- 1 min walk for bus connections towards central
- 5 minute walk to burgess park
- 1 min to puregym & tesco express

i work in central london 2 days a week, 3 days from home - looking for a flatmate around a similar age to me (28) but fairly open.

happy to socialise together as there’s loads of nice pubs, bars and restaurants in the area - also value down time and personal space and am respectful and mindful of others preferences

bills are not included, they come to £175pp per month at the moment, this is likely to go up during winter.

a lot of the boxes and stuff you see in the picture will leave when my flatmate moves out.
