Large Double with En Suite in Peckham

Large double room with en suite in SE15 – available from 1st week of September. Women/Femme preferred pls x

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our house in SE15 from the first week of September.
It’s a very large double room with an en suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe. The house is over 3 floors, so it feels really spacious, with a large garden, a good-sized kitchen and dining area, and a separate living room as well. We also have a driveway/parking space which none of the housemates are using.

You’d be living with three women who are all working professionals — a nurse, a journalist and a composer, in their late 20s to early 30s. It’s a friendly house and everyone has their own thing going on. The rent is £825 + bills. (Council tax is £55 per month)

One important thing to mention: this is a lease takeover, so you’d be taking my name on the existing rolling contract. The estate agent will need to reference you, so you’d need to have a regular income and be able to pass their referencing checks.
