Bright single room + garden terrace, Peckham

Friendly house of young professionals looking for a 5th housemate to join us in Peckham.

We're in the ideal location, just a 10 mins or so walk from Peckham Rye Station (amazing bars, pubs, food locations), Denmark Hill is our closet station, and also not a million miles away from Camberwell as well - with a whole host of other great restaurants and great pubs. It's a really creative and fun part of London to live in.

Looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to join the four boys who live here. Ideally someone who works regular hours - as three of the four lads do 9-5s.

The room itself is fully-furnished and a single room, with plenty of natural light and doors opening directly onto a garden terrace. It's a really cool room. The house has a massive kitchen and a living room as well - which isn't always the case elsewhere!
