Single bedroom with great natural light

Hey!

Offering a single bedroom in our ground-floor Peckham flat! The room is on the small side but not too bad by london standards and the price is good! It gets really nice natural light.

It’s unfurnished but I’ve added some photos of it decorated to give a sense of scale.

A modern kitchen with a kitchen table, a washing machine, and enough cupboard storage for four people

A bit of communal storage in the corridors

No living room but there is quite a large corridor space on the ground floor outside the kitchen that we put a sofa in last year as a makeshift communal space.

🎓 Convenient if you're going to Goldsmiths or UAL uni; It's a 10 min bike ride or 20 min bus to Goldsmiths. You can get any of the buses down old kent road so you never have to wait or plan ahead which is pretty nice. UAL is a 6 min bike ride or 20 min walk.

🍎 10 min walk from ASDA and also within walking distance of two separate LIDLs.

🪴 The flat has a pretty large front garden and an equally large and private back garden. We're responsible for maintaining the gardens--trimming the grass etc.
The flat is unfurnished. There may be some furniture in the common spaces from last year, and a single or double bed frame may be up for grabs as well, but besides that it is unfurnished.
