We’re looking for a new housemate to join our 4 bed house in Peckham. We’re all girls aged 27–30 and have lived here together for around a year.

The house is in a great location, around a 5 minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station, with lots of nice restaurants, bars, cafés and parks nearby. Peckham Rye is around a 10 minute walk away, so there’s always plenty going on.

The room is on the first floor, next to the two bathrooms in the house. The house is modern and has a large garden out the back, with plenty of communal space.

💸 Rent: £975 pcm + bills

💡 Bills: approx. £132.50 pcm

Mali, 27 – Content Creator for a beauty brand

Liela, 28 – Videographer at a creative agency

Savanna, 30 – Freelance Content Creator

We all work in the creative industry and have quite a similar lifestyle. We like going out, trying new restaurants and bars, doing things around London and heading to the Peckham Car Boot on Sundays.

None of us knew each other before moving in, but we’ve become really good friends over the last year. We’re a social house and enjoy spending time together, but we also all have our own lives and really respect each other’s privacy and personal space.

We’re hoping to find someone who is friendly, sociable and would enjoy being part of the house, but is also independent and happy doing their own thing.
