Spacious Double Room in Sociable Peckham House

Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in a lovely 5-bed, 2-bath house in Peckham (SE15 2TD) from October.

The room is £1,175 a month + bills, which usually come to around £80–£100.

You’d be living with 4 others aged 21–25, a mix of students and young professionals. Everyone is really friendly and sociable — we love going out for drinks/dinner but are also very happy having chilled nights in. The house is respectful, tidy and a great place to live.

The location is literally a 2-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station, and close to Nunhead and Peckham Rye. Loads of nice pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops nearby, with great transport links into central London.

I’m only moving out as I’m moving in with a friend elsewhere!
