ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house is a detached 1830's Georgian villa. Behind the house lies an expansive garden, including a lawn, wisteria tunnel, orchard and vegetable patch. We share a kitchen, living room (with piano) and dining room, as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a bath and shower.
The area is very safe and well served by bus stations right in front of the house and rail (Peckham Rye and Queensroad Peckham stations 15-20 min walk).
ABOUT US
We are professionals in our late 20s and early 30s + our cosy cat. Although we have busy lives we make a real effort to spend time together whenever we can during dinners and movie nights. We've grown close through the house share and we'd love to find someone who wants to join a real community and pitch in with a bit of gardening. It's really more of a home than a house share for us!

Move in date is the 15th of November (an earlier date can be discussed)
