Double room avail in friendly musician houseshare

Hi!

We are 4 music & architecture students, looking for one more housemate to share a great house in Peckham!
We have a grand piano and a cat, and we'd like fun housemates we can share a drink or a meal with, but who are also respectful and tidy. We want it to feel like home, without piles of washing up left, and we don't want a party house!

The rooms are really nice, with room for a few bits of furniture without being cramped. There's a patio, spacious kitchen/living area with all appliances including tumble dryer, 1 toilet & 1 separate shower.

It's right near Nunhead station and just over 5 minutes walk from Queens Road Peckham, and near to a good few bus routes. Lots of shops nearby, it's a really great neighbourhood!

Non-musicians also welcome as long as you don't mind us practising!

Full-time students only to avoid council tax.

Agency fees are £209 (sorry), deposit is 6 weeks' rent, and you'll need a UK guarantor (or possibly 6 months rent up front).
