Spacious loft room with separate ensuite

Lovely spacious room with seperate shower room (with bath). The house is newly decorated with all the mod-cons you would expect, i. e.: dishwasher, washingmachine, microwave, oven-cooker - all brand new.
The bedroom has a king bed with memory foam, loads of storage space, double glazing and good ventilation.
There's a lounge/dining area which is also spacious and comfortable.
You would be sharing the flat, set over two floors, with another professional. I am tidy and clean but no OCD. I work monday to friday so dont have people over too late as I would expect the same from my future flatmate. I don't mind the occasional glass of wine/dinner but do respect each others privacy. I'm a very relaxed and easy going person
