Double room in light, friendly top floor flat

Looking for a clean, tidy flatmate to move in. Looking for someone who wants somewhere to relax, respect and feel at home in. Pref male for the balance but not essential.

To join 3 fun, creative, chilled young professionals. Like a bevvy or two & Peckham life but generally all busy working a lot. I've lived here 2 years and really like it. Its 3 mins walk from station & buses right outside. Top floor of a town house. Cheap, good deal but not grimey or small. In the middle of redecorating.

Room has double bed, big garden facing window, wardrobe, & drawers. 2 bathrooms. Big kitchen/ living room.
Doing viewings next week although move in date is around the 12th Nov (could be negotiated if necessary). Pref text me. No time wasters!!
