Couples' Luxury Living: Rent WHOLE FLOOR!!!

My fiancé and I own a lovely house in Peckham and have a WHOLE FLOOR (2 double rooms and a bathroom!) to rent out to a suitable couple, available from 27th May 2019..

The couple who are moving out have loved having the extra space that a second bedroom brings (they used it as a front room) and the privacy of their own bathroom!

We live around a 10-minute walk from Peckham Rye station and are well-connected with central London, close to shops and the lovely Burgess Park.

The rooms available are double and extremely well-presented (the whole property has recently been renovated). The entire house is kept very clean, with a cleaner coming every week.

The house has two bathrooms and three toilets, fully-equipped modern kitchen, a spacious lounge/diner and a south-facing garden.

The monthly fee (£1300) covers everything: rent, taxes, TV licence (comprehensive media package) broadband (super fast), cleaner, insurance, etc. The rooms come part-furnished (bed included) and we are happy to discuss any changes needed to have the rooms as you would like.

As a couple living with another couple this year, we have found that the balance really works. We also have three adorable cats that share our living space!

The room would suit a young professional couple, who appreciate having somewhere clean and smart to come home to, who want a friendly domestic environment but value their privacy, and who preferably share our liberal-left life values!

This is not a home for big parties, but perhaps one for the occasional gathering if everyone is happy.

The ability and willingness to live around cats is a must - it would be great to have someone who can feed and look after them if we are ever away!
