Double room in Peckham / close to Camberwell

We have a furnished double room going in our lovely Peckham house, available from 22nd March.

We’re a queer friendly, all female house aged 30-31, working in journalism and healthcare.

We enjoy socialising together as a house, but similarly respect each other’s privacy. This is a home not just a room, and we’re keen to find someone who’ll treat the space thus.

The house has two bathrooms (both feat. shower, bathtub and toilet), living room and small back garden. We’re five minutes from Burgess Park and just a short walk to Peckham Rye; Old Kent Road and Camberwell are also super close, likewise supermarkets (Lidl, Morrisons and Asda plus Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express).

The room is on the ground floor and the rent (£660 pcm) covers all bills (inc. water, electric, council tax and internet), while the room includes a bed, clothing rail, chest of drawers and shelves with enough space for a potential desk.

The move in date is 1st April however the room is available from 22nd March. We’re looking to set up zoom ‘viewings’ asap, so if interested please do get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself. Women preferred; any questions / requests for a video of the space just shout.
