Description
I am looking for someone to move into my second bedroom. You'll see from the photos that it's pretty special.
The flat is on the top floor of a Victorian house. The dream. I have spent the last year doing it up, which means everything from the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the plaster on the walls is brand new. It's got heaps of character too.
The kitchen / living room has a lovely bay window to stare out of and all of the things you need including a very clever bin. It's worth visiting for that alone.
The bathroom is a Victorian wonderland with a roll top bath - perfect if you enjoy a soak.
I get on really well with my neighbour downstairs too so it really does feel like a home and I've loved creating it so I can't wait to share it.
I'm looking for someone who is going to love living here and will respect it as a home. Great if you already have experience of sharing a flat and a life in London already.
I was born and brought up in this wonderful city - albeit over in a suburb of the north west. I have a pretty involving job in marketing and communications, and have a few volunteering positions and side hustles that keep me busy.
During the week I'll mostly be out - apart from the odd day here and there when I work from home.
Don't take my word for it. Here are the reviews from previous flatmates:
"It's a great place to live" - Claudio, 40
"Asad's a great housemate - I loved living with him" - Jeff, 35
"We had a lovely flat up in Highbury and I'll never forget our IKEA trips" - Cathia, 29
"What a wonderful man!" - Becky, 32
