Beautiful Double Room with Garden(2-3 nights/week)

Large double room available in split level maisonette in Peckham for 2 to 3 nights/week.

Your Room:
The room has a double bed and built in wardrobe. There are blackout curtains to make sure you get a good night's sleep.

The Maisonette:
The large kitchen has a dining table, with a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large living room leading onto the garden which is 50sqm. The garden has a small shed, for bikes if you have one. The garden is sun facing and is lovely in the summer.

The newly refurbished bathroom is upstairs and has a shower. We have recently upgraded the boiler which means the water pressure is excellent.

The Area:
We are situated 1 minute away from Surrey Canal Walk which leads either to Burgess Park/Old Kent Road or Peckham.
Peckham is a short 10 minute walk with the train station 14 minutes away. The train from Peckham takes you to Clapham Junction, London Victoria, Dalston Junction, London Bridge, Kentish Town.
3 minutes away you can also get a bus to Elephant & Castle where you can jump on the Northern Line. The bus takes 10 minutes.

The Flatmates:
We are a couple: Luke is a professional working in Central London and I am a nurse. We both enjoy rock climbing, cycling, skiing, hiking, food and wine.

Viewings can be arranged in the evenings and during the day, depending on your availability.
