Female house share in Peckham Rye

Hi everyone!

We're currently looking for a really friendly, considerate, and interesting individual female to become part of our household. *Please only apply if you're over 28!*

Our house is relaxed and homely. The three of us have many different interests as well as creative pursuits and hobbies. A few of us are really into houseplants so you will have to be cool with living in the jungle! Our street is pretty quite and in a great location in Peckham. It always feels very safe where we live and it's only a 7 minute walk to Peckham Rye station. We are very close to Rye lane (3 mins walk), Bellenden Road (5 min walk), and East Dulwich's popular Lordship Lane (8 min walk).

At the moment we are looking for a short let of around 6 months but it's possible that this could be extended.

The room is a small double which is at back of the house which over looks our garden and gets morning sun. The housemate moving out is only leaving to go and live in Denmark. She will be offering the majority of her furniture (bed with mattress (only 18 months old), small chest of draws, open wardrobe, and maybe a shelving unit) for a good price as an option.

We also have a small dog in the house named Frida. She is a 8 year old Jack Russell Terrier rescue. She's a very sweet dog who loves people, likes to greet everyone into the house with a present (even if you've only just popped out for 5 minutes) but she can get a little nervous at times and overexcited on occasion, so being a dog lover is very important. Overall, she's loved by everyone in the house and she makes us laugh on a daily basis with her upbeat and cheeky character.

We all feel very privileged to be able to enjoy garden space (where we like to sometimes grow veggies during the summer), a spacious living room with a big tv to watch films or series on, and both sofas are sofabeds so we welcome friends and family to stay for a few days here and there. We also enjoy a large social kitchen. The house is social but in a homely way as we sometimes have a few friends over for a drink, a chat, and some good food - so someone who enjoys the same would be great. We would also really like our new housemate to be able to take initiative with the shared weekly cleaning jobs since, although we are very laid back, we like a healthy and clean living environment.

All bills (inc.. very fast internet, TV licence, and £5 to cover cleaning products and toilet paper etc.) currently cost each of us a yearly average of £120 pm. Permit parking is possible for our street for a fee. Deposit on the room will be £637.50.
